Training: Our Approach
Canine Calling uses reward-based positive reinforcement training methods to effectively modify behaviors, teach new skill sets, and change bad habits. Working as a team, we will customize a training program for your dog's specific needs.
We start with a free phone consultation to discuss your dog's training needs.
Next, we schedule an extended first session to meet and learn about your dog. Training protocols begin at our first visit and a customized program is developed.
The number of recommended sessions varies based on your dog's training/behavior modification needs and goals. We are committed to working with you through the plan.
Follow up after each session includes review notes, equipment recommendations, and instructive videos as needed. We are available via phone, text, and email to provide guidance, answer questions, and address concerns on the behaviors we are working on.
Sessions are also available to help you prepare your home for a new puppy or dog.
